Evgeny Lubashev

Evgeny Lubashev is the director of the Saint Petersburg College of Sectoral Technologies, Finance, and Law. Recently, he was appointed to temporarily fulfill the duties of rector at the Saint Petersburg State University of Trade Unions (SPbGUP) following the suspension of Alexander Zapesotsky amid allegations of personal enrichment at the university's expense.
