Evgeny Rubinshtein

Evgeny Rubinshtein is the Vice President of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of Russia. He has recently been in the news for his defense of the Russian Criminal Procedure Code against criticisms that it was thoughtlessly copied from the Anglo-Saxon legal system, arguing that the code maintains a mixed model traditional to Russian law.
