Eviguelia Pacheco

Eviguelia Pacheco is a resident of the community of El Ahogado in the La Isla canton of Metapán, Santa Ana, El Salvador. She passionately advocates for the protection of the Río Lempa, which she describes as vital to her community's survival and way of life.
