Evrim Kuran is a prominent researcher and advocate for women's rights, known for her extensive work on gender equality and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). As the country manager for Universum in Turkey, she has dedicated over 25 years to studying youth, particularly young women, and their challenges in the workplace. Kuran is also the author of several influential books, including 'Understanding Generation Z' and 'I Apologize for Being a Successful Woman.' She teaches DEI-related courses at MEF University and Sabancı University, and recently launched a DEI Academy program aimed at fostering inclusivity.
