Fərəh Əliyeva

Fərəh Əliyeva is the head of the Department of Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora, Multiculturalism, and Religious Affairs at the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan. She was recently in the news for presenting the Heydar Aliyev Award to the renowned Azerbaijani artist Arif Babayev, conveying greetings and congratulations from President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva.
