Fabakary Fofana

Fabakary Fofana is a senior revenue collector who has been serving local councils since 2007, currently posted in Farafenni. He recently testified before a commission investigating financial practices, revealing that he withdrew over D1.3 million from various council bank accounts without being informed about the purpose of the funds, which were issued to him via cheques by then-Chief Executive Officer Seedy Touray.
