Fabrice Didier

Fabrice Didier is a renowned French pastry chef known for his creativity and expertise in confectionery. He is the head pastry chef at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo, where he recently led a team of six pastry chefs in the creation of a spectacular cake to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Prince Albert II's reign. The cake, which featured around 10,500 macarons, was a grand centerpiece measuring nearly two meters in height.
