Fadel Muftin

Fadel Muftin was appointed as the acting head of the Water Resources Department in the district of Sayd Dakhil following the dismissal of the previous official due to the escalating water crisis. His role is critical as he oversees efforts to manage and improve water supply amid one of the worst droughts the region has faced, which has severely affected agriculture and local livelihoods.
