Fadi Al-Qassem

Fadi Al-Qassem is a Syrian government official tasked with overseeing the management of the al-Hol camp, which has housed families of ISIS members. Recently, he announced the government's plan to relocate the remaining residents of the camp to a facility in northern Aleppo, as part of efforts to close it down amid a significant decrease in the camp's population.
