Faleye is the Managing Director of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), and he has been instrumental in leading initiatives to implement the Employees' Compensation Scheme for civil servants. His recent efforts include a sensitization campaign aimed at educating workers about the scheme’s benefits and processes, supported by the directive of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to ensure timely payments of compensation to federal workers.
