Fan Xiaojiang

Fan Xiaojiang, also known as Elaine Fan, is a former aide to New York Governor Kathy Hochul and currently serves as the chief of staff for Scott Stringer’s mayoral campaign. Her familial ties to the Chinese Communist Party have raised concerns, as her father, Fan Dongsheng, held prominent roles in state-run media, and she has been involved in New York politics for over a decade.
