Faruk Yabo is the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy in Nigeria. He plays a key role in advancing the country's digital infrastructure initiatives and was present at the International Submarine Cable Resilience Summit, which focused on protecting submarine cable networks.
