Fatou Manneh is the founder of Jelma Herbella, an agro food processing enterprise in The Gambia that collaborates with women farmers to enhance the agricultural value chain. By processing herbs into various products such as tea, herbal spices, baby food, and packaged honey, she aims to contribute to the local economy and reduce reliance on imported goods.
