Fausto Amodei is an influential Italian singer-songwriter and musicologist, recognized for his contributions to the Italian folk music scene. He is particularly noted for his work on the partisan song 'Bella Ciao', as he was the first to rework, transcribe, and register the copyright of the song's historical version in 1963, which has since become a powerful anthem of resistance and a symbol of hope for many social movements.
