Fayan Daniel Dabiré

Fayan Daniel Dabiré is a retired adjudant-chef-major of the Gendarmerie nationale in Burkina Faso, who was honored as Commandeur in the Ordre de l’Etalon. His recognition comes after over 22 years of service and more than 30 years of retirement, during which he expressed his happiness at being acknowledged for his contributions.
