Fedor Shcherbakov

Fedor Shcherbakov is a former director of the Lenfilm studio and the founder of the media holding 1MI, which he established in 2016. He is currently a fugitive, having been charged with extortion against a top manager of Rostec. His ownership stake in 1MI was sold before Maer's recent acquisition of the holding, which includes several regional media outlets.
