Felipe de Jesús Rubio Cárdenas

Felipe de Jesús Rubio Cárdenas was the director of the police investigation in Jalisco, known for his efforts to combat organized crime, particularly against the Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG). He was targeted for assassination in a plot orchestrated by the cartel due to his role in the deaths of several of its members.
