Felipe Ibarra
Felipe Ibarra was an Argentine caudillo and military leader who supported the federalist cause in the early 19th century. He was a contemporary of Facundo Quiroga and collaborated with other federalists to oppose the unitary policies of Bernardino Rivadavia. Ibarra's leadership in the province of Santiago del Estero was instrumental in the regional struggles for power during Argentina's turbulent post-independence period.
