Felix Aksenets

Felix Aksenets is a member of the Belarusian rock band Ulis, contributing as a songwriter and musician. He has been part of the band's evolution since its inception in 1988, and like his bandmates, he has faced the challenges of creating music in an expatriate context while navigating the political landscape of Belarus.
