Felix Avital

Felix Avital, also known as Abutbul, was one of the Israeli operatives involved in the failed kidnapping of Omaru Diko in London in 1984. His participation in the operation was partly due to his possession of a French passport, which played a role in the logistics of the abduction attempt that ultimately resulted in international diplomatic fallout.
