Félix Millán

Félix Millán is a councilman for the Chapinero locality in Bogotá, representing the Alianza Verde party. He has gained attention for attending a late-night electronic music party that started at 3 AM, which is against local regulations that prohibit nightlife activities beyond that hour. Millán defended his presence at the event, stating that he and colleague Julián Triana attended as private citizens and trusted the venue had the necessary permits.
