Félix Serrano

Félix Serrano is the Director General of Transit at the Viceministry of Transport (VMT) in El Salvador, known for his role in overseeing transportation and traffic management within the country. Recently, he was in the news for his involvement in the security and traffic management plan for the highly anticipated final match of the Apertura 2025, which will take place at the Estadio Nacional Jorge 'El Mágico' González. Serrano announced that the VMT would deploy over 100 traffic managers and numerous inspectors to ensure smooth circulation and safety for fans attending the match between Luis Ángel Firpo and Alianza.
