Fergal Mullen

Fergal Mullen is a prominent venture capitalist and co-founder of Highland Europe, a technology-focused investment firm based in Geneva and London. He began his academic journey studying electronic engineering before transferring to Brown University, where he discovered a passion for business studies. Mullen's career spans over 26 years in private equity and venture capital, during which he held a senior position at Cambridge Technology Partners, contributing to significant revenue growth and public offerings. Under his leadership, Highland Europe has invested in more than 70 companies, managing over €3 billion in assets. Mullen is also an accomplished athlete, having completed seven marathons on seven continents, and actively engages in philanthropy through his work with Human Rights Watch.
