Fergal O’Leary is a seasoned financial professional with over three decades of experience in the bond and mortgage markets. He co-founded Núa Money, a nonbank lender that aims to address gaps in the Irish mortgage market, particularly for first-time buyers and those with irregular income streams. O'Leary previously founded Glas Securities, which played a significant role in trading Irish government bonds during the financial crisis. He holds a degree in economics from University College Dublin and has held various roles in prominent financial institutions, including Lehman Brothers and Citigroup.
