Ferit Ş. is a resident of Eyyübiye, Şanlıurfa, who recently came under public scrutiny after making derogatory comments about Rojin Kabaiş, a university student who was reported missing in 2022 and was later found deceased. Following his remarks during a live broadcast, he faced backlash on social media, leading to a group of individuals assaulting him at his home. Subsequently, he was arrested by police on charges of inciting hatred and insult, and he has since been remanded in custody.
