Fernando González Llort

Fernando González Llort is the director of the Instituto Cubano de Amistad con los Pueblos (ICAP) and a former spy convicted in the U.S., involved in promoting Cuban propaganda and activities in Europe, including support for commemorations of Che Guevara.
