Fernando Guzmán

Fernando Guzmán is a Colombian lawyer affiliated with the Pacto Histórico party and serves as a conjuez at the Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE). He holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional and has held various significant positions, including Director Executive of Asocapitales and Subdirector General Jurídico of the Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano de Bogotá. His work involves overseeing and resolving electoral conflicts within the CNE.
