Fernando Velásquez Teherán

Fernando Velásquez Teherán was a 25-year-old man who tragically lost his life during a violent incident at a 15th birthday party in Medellín. He was attacked with a machete by a 16-year-old during a dispute, which resulted in severe injuries leading to his death shortly after being transported to a medical facility.
