Ferne Cristall

Ferne Cristall, born on August 10, 1954, in Brandon, Manitoba, was a passionate advocate for social justice, a dedicated teacher, and a loving mother. She studied anthropology at Trent University and was deeply involved in community work, particularly in refugee sponsorship and education for English language learners. Ferne's commitment to the common good was evident in her efforts to support those in need, her involvement in local arts, and her nurturing home environment. She passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 70, after a brave battle with cancer.
