Ferry Overdevest

Ferry Overdevest is the owner of a flower shop in Mannheim who provided shelter to around 30 people during a chaotic scene when a vehicle crashed into a crowd. He described the presence of emergency vehicles outside and the urgency of the situation as people sought safety in his shop.
