Filipp Petkevich is a 27-year-old Belarusian lawyer and consultant specializing in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. He is the son of Natalia Petkevich, the first deputy head of the Administration of Alexander Lukashenko, and Vladislav Petkevich, former head of the National Sports Lottery. Filipp graduated with honors from the prestigious BGU Lyceum and earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in law from BGU and Fordham University, respectively.
