Filippo Martelli

Filippo Martelli is a 33-year-old former engineering student from Bologna who made a bold career shift from academia to agriculture. With only six exams remaining for his degree in energy engineering, he chose to pursue his passion for beekeeping and farming, establishing a thriving farm in Bordano, Friuli Venezia Giulia. Filippo's journey began with just 15 beehives, which expanded to 120, alongside plans for growing potatoes and raising chickens. His commitment to sustainable practices is evident as he focuses on organic treatments and aims to diversify his produce to ensure viability in modern agriculture.
