Finnur Prigge

Finnur Prigge is a talented baker from Iceland, currently employed at BAKAÐ, where he has gained recognition for his exceptional skills and achievements in baking. Recently, he was awarded a commendation from the Reykjavik Craftsmen's Association for achieving the highest score on his journeyman exam in spring 2024. Finnur is set to represent Iceland for the first time at the City Bread Championship in Taipei, where he aims to showcase Icelandic ingredients and professionalism while competing against other skilled bakers.
