Fiona Charles

Fiona Charles is a 61-year-old retired primary school teacher from the UK who was living a healthy life until she began experiencing phantom smells, specifically the scent of burning. After a series of medical consultations, she was ultimately diagnosed with glioblastoma, a highly aggressive form of brain cancer, which is known for its poor prognosis. Despite being given a grim outlook of one year to 18 months to live, Fiona has undergone radiotherapy and is in the midst of her chemotherapy treatment, determined to maintain her spirits and return to her hobbies, such as cooking and spending time outdoors.
