After starting her career in the Fonterra Technical Graduate Programme, she transitioned to managing her family farm in 2017. Fiona is passionate about training others in the dairy sector and is committed to achieving sustainable farming practices. She actively participates in her community through various local organizations and continues to pursue excellence in her farming business.
