Flan O’Neill is a builder's provider based in Shannon, Ireland. He recently provided testimony in the trial of All-Ireland winning hurler Niall Gilligan, confirming that he sold plywood to Gilligan on the day of the alleged assault, which was required due to damage caused to the Jamaica Inn hostel.
