Flávio Laichele

Flávio Laichele is the director of the Hospital Distrital da Manhiça in Mozambique, known for his role in managing healthcare responses during emergencies. Recently, he was in the news for overseeing the identification of victims from a tragic vehicular accident in the district of Manhiça, where he reported that three out of 26 bodies remained unidentified while the rest were claimed by their families.
