Flor de María Palencia

Flor de María Palencia is the director of the Unidad de Construcción de Edificios del Estado (UCEE) in Guatemala. She has been instrumental in overseeing the delivery and installation of six prefabricated modules at the Hospital Nacional de Amatitlán, which suffered structural damage due to recent earthquakes. Her leadership has focused on restoring essential medical services and ensuring that the hospital can provide dignified and adequate care to the community.
