Flor Yokono Rivera

Flor Yokono Rivera is a special education graduate and speech therapist who founded the Berakah Learning and Integral Development Center in San Pedro Sula, four years ago. Her center provides early stimulation, language therapy, behavioral therapy, and educational support for children with various developmental disorders, including autism. Rivera's initiative aims to create an inclusive educational environment, addressing the significant gaps in support for children with special needs in Honduras, and she advocates for better government resources to support such initiatives.
