Florence Rutamucero

Florence Rutamucero is an active member of the Association for Reconciliation and Management of Wounded Memories (ARG) in Burundi. She represents survivors of the 1993 Kibimba massacre and has been an advocate for equal recognition and commemoration of all victims of violence in the country, emphasizing the need for a unified approach to remembrance and healing.
