Florian Degenhart

Florian Degenhart is the founder of the Cannabis Social Club (CSC) Inntal Raubling in the Rosenheim district of Bavaria. He has been actively involved in the process of obtaining a cultivation permit for cannabis since July 12 of the previous year, navigating bureaucratic challenges with the local health authority (LGL). Despite delays and additional documentation requests, Degenhart described his interactions with the authorities as cooperative and positive. His perseverance paid off as his club recently received a cultivation permit amid ongoing debates about cannabis legalization in Bavaria.
