Fortunato Lorenzo Laspina

Fortunato Lorenzo Laspina is a former police officer who was recently convicted and sentenced to 25 years in prison for his involvement in acts of torture during the dictatorship of Alfredo Stroessner in Paraguay. He was found guilty of participating in the torture of political prisoners, including Domingo Guzmán Rolón, and was identified by multiple witnesses as one of the perpetrators of physical and psychological abuse.
