Foued Kacem

Foued Kacem has recently been appointed as the president of Étoile sportive du Sahel, following the resignation of Zoubaier Beya. As the club's vice-president prior to this transition, Kacem will lead the organization for the remainder of the current mandate, ensuring continuity in its administration.
