Frances Arzuaga

Frances Arzuaga is one of the five individuals charged with the second-degree murder of Sam Nordqvist, a transgender man from Minnesota. Arzuaga, along with the others, is accused of participating in a prolonged period of violence and torture that led to Nordqvist's death.
