Frances Rogoz

Frances Rogoz serves as the Vice President for Project Development at Genser Energy, where she plays a key role in spearheading energy infrastructure projects in West Africa. Recently, she was in the news for her involvement in a partnership with the Liberia Electricity Corporation to develop a 270-megawatt power plant in Buchanan, which aims to enhance Liberia's energy security and support economic growth.
