Francesca T. Royster

Francesca T. Royster is a professor at DePaul University and the author of 'Black Country Music: Listening for Revolutions.' Her work examines the contributions of Black artists to the country music genre and advocates for recognition and representation of diverse voices within the industry, especially following Beyoncé's historic Grammy win.
