Francesco Ficetola

Francesco Ficetola is a professor of environmental science at Milan University and leads the PrioritIce project, which investigates emerging ecosystems in glacial forelands. His work focuses on the complex habitats that arise as glaciers melt and the species that inhabit these transitional landscapes.
