Francesco Vincenzi

Francesco Vincenzi is the president of ANBI (Associazione Nazionale dei Consorzi di Gestione e Tutela del Territorio e delle Acque Irrigue), an organization that focuses on the management and protection of land and water resources in Italy. Recently, he highlighted the collaborative efforts between ANBI and the Emilia-Romagna region in implementing the 'Piano Marshall dell’acqua,' a comprehensive plan aimed at enhancing irrigation and water resource management in response to challenges such as drought and flooding.
