Francis Barragan

Francis Barragan is the president and CEO of CanLii, a not-for-profit organization that provides free access to Canadian legal information. He is responsible for overseeing CanLii's mission to ensure open access to judicial decisions, while managing the complexities involved in formatting and publishing these rulings from various jurisdictions across Canada.
