Francis Evon

Major General Francis Evon is a senior officer in the Connecticut National Guard, known for his leadership and collaboration efforts between U.S. military forces and international partners. Recently, he led a delegation to Uruguay to commemorate the 25th anniversary of cooperation between the Uruguayan Armed Forces and the Connecticut National Guard.
